Big thanks to Brad and Harry for coming down to the woods and lending a hand; they managed to clean up quite a bit of Ben’s summer time dirt mess (I’m sure there’s a joke about a carp fisherman and a shovel in there somewhere…), the first set in the gay line now has shoulders again. We nearly finished enlarging the roll in for the gayer line on the right with their help too. Olly was supposed to be coming down…allegedly.
A bit of weathering damage was inevitable despite the tarps and Scott’s rebuild of the third set in the main line was the biggest loser. On the upside there was lots of ice to play with…
grudge match.

First round of the Pride of Essex at Braintree today this is probably the first organised BMX race I’ve been to for a couple of decades! The new berms make for a great looking track with people of all age groups from tiny, tiny kids to seniors who had defiantly seen some action back in the day! Pretty much every BMX variant racing too; cruisers, 20’s, 16’s and full on bling looking race bikes. I did notice there were lots of clip in pedals though…booo!!!
This time round the Bullets whipped BADBMX however the next meet is at Dagenham on Valentines Day…will local knowledge rule?
3digdeep?

where’s Keir?
Keir continues to turn up in unexpected places...he is an extra somewhere in this music video...but where?
bored.
interesting article for fellow rush hour cyclists...I always push to the front on the right and try to get trough the junction while the light is still red; safer than getting sucked into the traffic light grand prix. http://news.bbc.co.uk/1/hi/magazine/8296971.stm
